Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Educational Services

KK Stock Master provides structured stock-market educational programs, digital study modules, live interactive lectures, and educational mentorship.

Due to the immediate provisioning of proprietary educational resources, course materials, batch seat reservation, and instructor scheduling, course fees are subject to the specific terms set out in this policy.

2. Enrollment & Pre-Commencement Requests

• Before Batch Commencement: If a student requests a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date of the first course session, a refund may be granted after deducting a standard nominal administrative/payment gateway processing fee (up to 10%).
• Within 48 Hours of Batch Start: Seat allocations are finalized 48 hours prior to the batch start date. Cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours before the start date may be offered a one-time batch transfer rather than a direct monetary refund.

3. Post-Commencement Policy

Once a batch has commenced, or after the student has accessed course recordings, curriculum documents, or attended the introductory live session:

• Course fees become strictly non-refundable.
• Partial refunds will not be issued for unattended sessions or incomplete coursework on the part of the student.

4. Batch Transfers & Scheduling Conflicts

We recognize that unexpected professional or personal emergencies may arise. If a registered student is unable to attend their scheduled live batch due to unforeseen circumstances:

• The student may submit a written request via email to transfer their enrollment to a future batch of the identical course program.
• Batch transfer requests must be communicated before the completion of 20% of the scheduled sessions.

5. Course Modification or Cancellation by KK Stock Master

In the rare event that KK Stock Master cancels or indefinitely postpones a course batch prior to commencement, enrolled students will be given the option of:

• A 100% full refund of the course fee paid, OR
• Automatic enrollment into the subsequent scheduled batch.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer within 7 to 10 business days from the date of written approval.
